少人数制で進めている「Unfolding Bodywork」のクラスは、現在も受講生の皆さんがご自身の身体や大切な誰かの身体と丁寧に向き合い、素晴らしい変容のプロセスを歩まれています。
日々のクラスのなかで、私たちが最も時間をかけ、なによりも大切にしている根底の部分があります。
それは、技術や知識の前に存在する「触れる（タッチ）」ということそのものです。
今回、現在クラスを受講中の方向けのクラスですが、すでに過去にベーシッククラスを終えられた修了生の皆さんにもご参加いただけるよう、1日（6時間）のクラスを解放することにしました。
テーマは、「タッチの質を深く、どこまでも探求する」。
「タッチを極める」と言うと、何か強い技術を習得するように聞こえるかもしれませんが、私たちが目指すのはその逆です。
あなたのその手を、相手の身体の声を聴くための繊細な「耳」へと開いていく時間です。

■ なぜ今、「タッチの質」を深めるのか？
Unfolding Bodyworkのセッションやワークにおいて、私たちは強い力で揉んだり押したりすることはありません。非常に穏やかで、微細なタッチを用います。
しかし、一口に「タッチ」と言っても、私たちの手が表現できる世界、そして身体が受け取ることができる領域には、驚くほどのグラデーション（可能性）が存在しています。
・どういう意識（あり方）を持って、目の前の人に触れるのか
・触れるときの「圧」の微細なコントロール
・指の使い方、手の平の向きや奥へ向かう方向性
・身体を心地よく緩めていく「揺らす触り方」
・表面を超えて、身体の深部へと優しく入り込むような触り方
・身体が自発的に結び目をほどいていく「アンワインディング」をナビゲートする触り方
これらはすべて、手技という枠を越えた「触れ方の芸術（アート）」です。
日々の生活や施術のなかで、いつの間にかタッチが「ルーティン」になっていませんか？
今回のクラスでは、この多岐にわたるタッチの質とバリエーションを、6時間という贅沢な時間のなかで、徹底的に身体に落とし込んでいきます。

It is the very essence of 'touch' itself, preceding all technique and knowledge.
While this upcoming class is primarily designed for those currently enrolled, we have decided to open this full-day (6-hour) immersion to our esteemed alumni who have already completed the Basic class.
The theme, resonant and profound, is: 'Deepening the Quality of Touch, An Infinite Exploration.'
The phrase 'mastering touch' might evoke images of acquiring powerful techniques, yet our aspiration lies in the opposite direction.
It is an invitation to open your hands, transforming them into sensitive 'ears' capable of truly listening to the body's subtle whispers.

In Unfolding Bodywork sessions and practices, we abstain from forceful kneading or pressing. Instead, we employ an exquisitely gentle and subtle touch.
However, to speak simply of 'touch' barely scratches the surface. Within the realm our hands can express, and the sphere the body can receive, an astonishing spectrum of possibilities (gradations) awaits discovery.
・The conscious presence (way of being) we bring to our touch with another
・The subtle modulation of pressure as we connect
・The nuanced articulation of fingers, the orientation of the palm, and the deep intentionality of movement
・The soothing, undulating touch that invites the body into a comfortable release
・A gentle entry beyond the surface, reaching tenderly into the body's deeper layers

In the ebb and flow of daily life and therapeutic practice, has touch, perhaps, become a mere 'routine'?
